If we have sent a CV to client, we should be able to own candidate for 12 months.
Missing Revenue is when:
- a client offers our candidate but didn't allocate it to us or
- there's a suitable candidate for our job but we didn't pitch him/ her and he/ she ended up submitting himself and got hired.
Can our engineering team scout through linkedIn and public profiles, see if candidates used to work with us or in our database but is hired at our positions

As a note, there are companies that offer this service to recruitment firms, however I'm only aware of one in the UK. It might be worth seeing if it is worth outsourcing until eng builds this.

Edwin Shao (T1): not that I'm aware of. Page has the engineering team to do that on the internal database (CRM) basing on consultants recording conversations and tagging candidates properly. I'm not sure if they create that function by themselves or bought it from other provider though.
