For jobs:
  • Put all internal fields under dashed red line, including numOpenings. Be more clear what’s shown to whom (candidates/internal)
  • Surface “same as” as an internal field where you can link to the client’s JD (e.g cakeresume) and also add in an attachment field for clients where all we have is an attachment.
  • Include base JPs so everyone knows what they’re adjusting; rename ROI to adjustments to JPs for this job.
  • Recruiters should be able to close job / change status
  • Add per-job interview process fields for use with AC.
For companies:
  • Migrate all JSON fields to Markdown.
