Can we have a page on our website for candidates to view all available jobs?
It can be as simple as a list of jobs first and upgrade to a search function when eng. team is available.
For the job contents, it can be imported from Sunrise or can be created from scratch.
For jobs imported from Sunrise, we can only abstract contents like "Responsibilities", "location", "Visa", and "Requirements", and we can still make changes after these information is imported from Sunrise.
v1 of T1 Anonymous Jobs Feature
## Pages
### t1.co List of Jobs Page
- Can only list jobs with (blinded company name AND responsibilites AND requirements AND job descriptions column AND job title)
- No company names (company names and addresses removed)
- Blinded job title, clickable
- Sorted by urgency, 1 page
### Job Details Page
- No company name
- Blinded Job Title (manually edited)
- Blinded Job Description (manually edited with references to client name removed)
- CTA to Apply to the Job (does same thing as Sunrise apply to job button)
### Additional features / work
- Both pages need to be indexable by search engines
- Need to do additional work on identifiers used in database
## Eng Cost
- 1 full-time week; most likely a couple of weeks
### What will take the most time?
- Making sure we have all the data to put into the page
- Design of the page, how it will look like, what goes where?
## What the users wanted
### (MUST have)
- Filter by role/desk
- Filter by location
- Caroline thought system will auto-blind it and then recruiter can edit that
- Welly thought recruiter will create from scratch
- Amanda thought system will copy paste from existing column
### (Nice-to-have)
- Similar jobs to this one
- Refer someone for this job
- Analytics on # of page views
## Missed Discussion
### Editing
- Probably get users to edit on Sunrise

Edwin's requirements:
- Add in way to display / not display job on t1.co, should default to display for new jobs. Also turn on for existing active jobs.
- Let’s enhance the jobs-embed iFrame to accept additional arguments (columns to show, whether to show filtering toolbar (user can filter by role, location)) which links to a page on Sunrise showing the JD without company info
- Create a new page on t1.co to host the jobs iframe.
- Blind Jobs should be exposed for SEO to maximize traffic
- jobs.sunrise.io/ job/XXX: See the specific blind job without company field.Should show the AM. When applying, the profile form should not show the company.

I also don't understand how this helps with client outreach? This looks more directed for candidates?

Edwin Shao (T1): The impact on client side is more indirect. We always attach the link to our company website and share it with clients when we do BD. If the client can see some of the jobs that we're working on, they'll know what kind of roles we are able to support.
Edwin Shao (T1)
Amanda Fang (T1): Got it, I think we have other things on our roadmap that will be higher ROI so I'll put this in the long-term box for now.

Spencer Ying (T1) What do you see are the clear differences between this and Slate?
From what I gather, this is about having a public-facing job board with no login required, that can be indexed by search engines. Is this correct?

Amanda Fang (T1)
Roger So: Yes. So there's a page where all jobs are available (without disclosing the company name) and candidates can click an "apply now" button to enter the candidate sign up page and send his/ her application over to those positions.

To clarify and push this ticket forward:
Welly & Amanda are focusing on passive / ambient / marketing and are committed long term to increasing engagement and inbound. The last time we worked on this, we had no recruiters who wanted to increase inbound marketing efforts.
I think Amanda addressed most of the changes in her comments, but the active push to BD more clients for more jobs gives this some urgency, as both Amanda and Welly would use it immediately as part of their client outreach, and it's focus is for enabling client engagement.

I was thinking to have the job list on our website with an "Apply Now" button without having recruiters send a separate link to candidates. The purpose is to generate more inbound candidates instead of just sharing JDs one at a time by recruiters. Even though the traffic won't increase significantly at first, I believe given some time for our brand to get popular, there shall be more candidates applying to jobs we post regularly.
So,
- Do candidates only see this page after being directed by a recruiter? No, they can access this job page right from T1's website.
- Can search engines see everything?
Yes, all jobs are available up there with the "Apply Now" function, and of course, will not disclose the client's name on these job ads.

Can you go into more detail? The last time we visited this question, this is how Slate was created. Recruiters can direct candidates to Slate to see all jobs pertinent to their role. However, after creating it, I don't think any recruiters actually used it.

Edwin Shao (T1): We don't know what is Slate and just spoke with Spencer about this, seems our Slate is not updated/working. We just need a link to all our job openings in our website, so that our recruiters can update whatever job openings they want for external parties to see. Is this easy to do? If yes, I would say this is high priority since every other recruitment firms have this.
