3.1 - quite useful - can immediately use.
I look at 50+ profiles a day and it can save reduce 3-5 minutes per profile.
For majority of profiles I copy their info and search in our profile and it can take up to 3-5 minutes to do a thorough search to find them (due to name / email differences etc)

From Valen/Miranda -> most useful thing is just a link to the profile from the page.
Impact: High
Valen - good and convenient, but can't see the strong improvement to daily workflow. If we don't, not a big deal. It does make us feel technically savvy and tech driven (connecting linkedIn)
Miranda - Reduce 5 secs per candidate (small improvement but it adds up). She would really like this.
